Graduate student homepage
Purpose
Like most scientists, the client (me) wanted a home page to disseminate information about himself and his research to other interested scientists, and potential employers.
Look and feel
The design of this site strongly features the student’s nature photography, not just in the banner, but also on the front page and contact page. These clearly position the student as a field biologist.
Site features
The main feature of this site is its simplicity. It has a flat navigation structure, with all pages always available from the left side navigation bar, which makes it very easy for new visitors to find the information they are looking for.
